While we are a small independently owned business and cannot guarantee price matching, we will always do our best where possible. We believe our pricing is fair and competitive, reflecting the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture.

Our reclaimed elm pieces are individually handcrafted and will vary in grain, colour and texture. Natural movement, markings and minor splits are part of the timber’s character and are not defects.

Dimensions may vary by up to 10 percent. Images are indicative only. Please contact us if you require specific measurements or photos of available stock.

Furniture Delivery

We offer Australia-wide shipping excluding TAS, WA and NT. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Please select Metro or Regional carefully. Regional rates are estimated and may be adjusted prior to dispatch if required.

Delivery is to ground floor only. Please ensure adequate access, including doorways and staircases. If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, return freight charges will apply.

Estimated delivery timeframes (from dispatch):

• VIC Metro: 1–2 weeks
• VIC Regional: 2–3 weeks
• NSW: 2–4 weeks
• ACT: 2–4 weeks
• SA: 2–4 weeks

Returns

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can arrange repair or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Read more here.

In accordance with ACCC safety requirements, furniture listed below must be secured to the wall using an appropriate anchoring device to reduce the risk of tip-over accidents.

Applies to:

• Tall and heavy furniture such as clothing storage unit or bookcase with a height of 686 mm or more.
• Entertainment units of any height.
• Hall tables, display cabinets, buffets, and sideboards with a height of 686 mm or greater.
